Ford+SPPG brings together graduate policy students from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and the University of Toronto’s School of Public Policy and Governance in a team-based learning environment.
This year’s Conference will be March 11–12th, 2016, hosted by SPPG. The theme of the 2016 Conference is “Closing the Gap.” You’ll be pushed to make tough choices, weigh trade-offs and make bold policy recommendations in order to help a government address an aspect of inequality within its borders. That’s all we can say for now, as the case question is only released on the day of the event.
Delegates will present their recommended policy solution to a panel of expert judges. One winning team will emerge with official bragging rights (and a trophy), but the real prize is that you’ll enhance your policy and presentation skills, have fun, and make new, cross-border MPP friends.
